Studio Policy

1. Booking & Reservations

  • Group Sessions and Privates must be booked in advance through our website or app. For Duets/Trio/Group Privates, kindly email us.

  • We recommend booking early to secure your spot, especially for popular classes.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Group Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid losing a credit.

  • Privates/duets/trios: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid losing a credit.

  • Group Privates: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid losing a credit.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your class credit or session fee.

3. Arriving to Class

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class to check in, set up your space, and prepare for the session.

  • Late arrivals may not be allowed to join class, or will need to wait until the next available spot.

4. Health & Safety

  • Pilates is suitable for most people, but we strongly recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions or injuries.

  • If you are pregnant or have special considerations, please inform your instructor ahead of time.

  • Always listen to your body and modify exercises as needed. Our instructors will offer variations to ensure safety and effectiveness.

5. Attire

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows freedom of movement. Avoid loose clothing that may get in the way during exercises. NO JEANS PLEASE!

  • Grip socks required for all apparatus for added traction. Mat can be done barefoot

6. Personal Belongings

  • We have lockers available for storing your personal belongings during class. We recommend leaving valuables at home, as the studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Please store your belongings in the designated area or locker while attending class.

7. Respectful Environment

  • We strive to maintain a positive, supportive, and welcoming environment for all clients.

  • Please turn off or silence your phones before class to ensure a focused, distraction-free environment.

8. Studio Etiquette

  • Please respect the equipment and other clients in the studio. Clean equipment after each use with the cleaning supplies provided.

  • If you are using the Reformer or other equipment-based classes, follow the instructor’s guidance on adjusting settings for your comfort and safety.

9. Class Modifications & Instructors

  • Our instructors are here to support you in your practice. If you have any specific needs or concerns, please speak with them before class begins.

  • We provide modifications and variations for all levels, but feel free to ask for further adjustments to meet your personal needs.

10. Refunds & Transfers

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased sessions, packages, or memberships.

  • You may transfer or gift sessions to another person, provided they have an active account with us.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a private session, please make sure to do so within the cancellation policy to avoid charges.

11. Expiration of Packages

  • All session packages and memberships have specific expiration dates. Please check the details at the time of purchase to ensure you are able to use all your credits or sessions before they expire.

12. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Your privacy is important to us. All personal information provided during registration or booking is kept confidential and only used for scheduling and communication purposes.
